This program is designed for frontline personnel, first-line supervisors, and managers across municipal, county, state, and federal law enforcement and public safety agencies who are preparing for advancement. About the Program
At its core, this series focuses on helping participants understand their professional readiness for promotion—beginning with a structured personal inventory of work experience, competencies, and career positioning. Participants will gain clarity on the promotional process, learn how to strategically navigate it, and develop the emotional intelligence and promotional intelligence required to perform with confidence and intention.
This is more than test preparation—it is a strategic investment in leadership readiness, executive presence, and the ability to have better success in high-stakes promotional environments.

- Cohort-based model, intentionally limited to 20–25 participants to ensure a high-touch, personalized experience
- Integrated coaching and mentoring to support individual growth and accountability
- Practical, real-world application aligned with promotional processes and expectations
- Designed to support promotional examination processes within a 12–18-month trajectory

- Oral board and assessment panel performance strategies

- Communication, command presence, and leadership readiness
- Development of a personalized promotional roadmap
This high-impact cohort experience is intentionally designed to provide a tailored, coaching-centered environment, ensuring participants strengthen both their technical preparation and leadership capability while building the confidence to step into the next level of leadership.
