Director Internal Investigations-Fidelity Investments

As a Director in Global Security and Investigations on a small internal investigations team, you will be working in an industry-leading collaborative, fast–paced environment and will have the opportunity to conduct a wide-variety of investigations for the firm.

The location for this role is Boston, MA; Smithfield, RI; Merrimack, NH; Westlake, TX; Durham, NC; or Covington, KY.

– Conducts numerous investigations simultaneously, including complex reviews
– Provides guidance and training regarding interviewing and briefing techniques to other members of the team
– Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
– Works closely with Employee Relations, Employment Law group, and other business partners to conduct detailed reviews

– Undergraduate degree
– 8+ years of experience reflecting deep understanding of law enforcement investigative techniques
– Exceptional interviewing and briefing skills
– Outstanding analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, and organization skills
– Sound judgment to assess risks and identify items requiring escalation
– Ability to work independently and under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities
– Ability to master quickly and navigate sensitive and complex organizational, management and employee matters
– Strong commitment to accuracy and excellence
