Principal Consultant-ADT Commercial (United States)

At ADT Commercial (ADT) the Principal is a key member of the Enterprise Security Risk Group (eSRG), which is focused on delivering Security Risk Management Services (SRMS) to customers in a traditional consultant-to-client relationship. The Principal is a Security and Executive Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is highly experienced in one or more of the areas of focus within the SRMS category, including (but not limited to) Corporate, Information Management, Utilities, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Data Center, and Air/Sea Ports.

As an SME, the Principal is responsible for delivering the outcomes outlined in the eSRG Services section outlined below, acting as a Project Executive and Leader, coordinating the work of other Principals and Managers on the eSRG team, preparing various written documents, serving on cross-functional teams, creating and tracking multiple metrics, investigating and resolving defects, providing SRMS related training programs, maintaining records, reviewing plans/drawings, delivering SRMS related talks/training programs, and serving as the voice of the customer throughout the company. This role includes client work-related business development and supporting Enterprise, National Accounts, and Core Commerical business development efforts.

The Principal will actively participate in the identification, qualification, strategic management, and development of ADT Commercial clients. This participation will include speaking at industry events, on-site visits with current and potential clients, writing white papers/blogs/articles, maintaining an active “business-focused” social media presence, and serving on industry advisory panels/committees.

This role is suitable for an experience LEO executive interested in developing their career in the private sector supported by a team of former LEO and military leaders. This position is remote therefore the incumbent may be situated anywhere in the United States

The Principal reports to the Director, Consulting and Strategic Development, eSRG.

Strategic Objectives and Responsibilities:
• Build, enhance, and maintain ADT’s brand and position as the leader in the SRMS category
• Build, enhance, and maintain eSRG’s brand as the preeminent team of security consultants within the SRMS category
• Maintain a personal brand and high profile within the security industry
• Lead the eSRG effort in ADT’s Strategic Development Verticals where assigned
• Assist in driving the adoption of the eSRG methodology and outcomes throughout ADT Commercial
• Develop and implement ADT internal projects that support the company’s security programs and posture
• Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with security leaders within ADT’s current and potential client organizations

• Influence the product and service revenue through:
• Successfully engaging with internal and external clients to support the efforts of the company

• Create eSRG internal and client work product of the highest quality and standard that meets and exceeds expectations
