Anderson, Glendale Arizona Police Commander and Interim Police Chief of Ferguson Missouri created lasting relationships Ferguson Missouri community and introduced and led modern day evidence-based community policing after the Ferguson riots. On behalf of the NOBLE San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, please join me in congratulating Chief Sheryl Boykins on being named as the 20th Assembly District’s “Woman of the Year,” for 2018! She was honored on Saturday, March 3rd, at Chabot College and will also be honored in the Sacramento area in the near future.Vice President Ken Nelson of the Greater Sacramento NAACP is extending an invitation and request support from the SF-Bay Area Chapter of NOBLE at their annual prayer breakfast. They will be honoring women in Law Enforcement. Two from Sacramento Police Department and one from Sacramento Sheriff Department. The keynote speaker will be one of Sacramento’s most progressive and dynamic pastors – Dr. Darnell Thomas.
